<h1>Nasenbrunnen
</h1>
The "Nasenbrunnen" (fountain of noses) decorates the place before the Ehrenfelder destrict council.
The place is used often for public events.<br><br>
Ehrenfeld is the name of one of nine destricts ("Bezirke") of Cologne and as this it has ca. 103.000 inbitants (the other Bezirke are
Innenstadt, Rodenkirchen, Lindenthal, Nippes, Porz, Chorweiler, Kalk, Mülheim).
But Ehrenfeld is also the name of a Stadtteil (of the Bezirk Ehrenfeld) and as this it has 35.000 inhabitants living on 3,7 qm.
Cologne has totally 85 Stadtteile and six of them belong to the Bezirk Ehrenfeld: Bocklemünd/Mengenich, Neuehrenfeld, Ossendorf, Vogelsang, Bickendorf). <br><br>
Further on the Amt für Stadtentwicklung und Statistik has defined for Köln 365 Stadtviertel or "Veedel",
likely with the intention to have one for each day of the year. However, what a "Veedel" is and what not, and especially to which one personally should belong, seems to differ largely
in the opinions of the local inhabitants.
